An account manager with The Garrigan Lyman Group (GLG) oversees the delivery of a quality product and provides concierge-level client service to one or more assigned accounts within the agency. The account manager actively provides solutions to clients’ business problems via tactical delivery and strategic planning (in partnership with other GLG team members as necessary). The account manager also manages revenue and profitability for assigned accounts. The account manager role requires some flexibility with hours and potential travel to meet client needs. Digital agency experience preferred.
Knowledge Requirements (Education/Experience)
This position requires six or more years of related experience in marketing, project, or account management or the equivalent. A four-year degree with a marketing, sales, or business orientation is typically expected.
